Gifts to Choral Ensembles contribute to...
Pepperdine’s choral program, led by Dr. Ryan Board, offers students transformative opportunities to perform music of great breadth and beauty. With two main ensembles—the 80–100 voice Concert Choir and the auditioned Chamber Choir—singers from across the University present cornerstone performances such as Founder’s Day, the annual Christmas concerts, and the Choral Masterworks Concert. The Chamber Choir also represents Pepperdine on national and international stages, with tours in Switzerland, Italy, and the Czech Republic, and an invitational performance for the American Choral Directors Association.
Beyond the concert stage, Pepperdine choirs embody the University’s mission of service. In 2024, students joined with community ensembles for the Pepperdine & Friends Benefit Concert, raising thousands of dollars for RaisingHOPE, a nonprofit serving foster youth. Your support sustains this tradition by funding scholarships, travel, and outreach that shape students into accomplished artists, compassionate leaders, and faithful servants.
